PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Alaa Balbaa has 25 years of professional experience in finance, management, consultancy, as well as merger transaction through working in/with multinational, public sector, private organizations and governmental bodies.
He managed the process of establishing new companies, including establishment and setting up of all business systems, design workflow, internal control, investment and financial strategy and capital structure as well as HR policies and procedures.
Mr. Balbaa, consulted the biggest telecommunication company in Egypt (Egypt Telecom) in the area of Treasury and controller divisions by creating a complete reengineering for the organizational structure workflow, internal control policies and procedures, training and development for the staff. He sets the outline for financing planning and capital investment planning, as well as foreign exchange management and control standard.

He also performed complete restructuring of the back office (finance, accounting, IT, HR and staff development) of the Cairo & Alexandria Stock Exchange. During his years of experience he was assigned for international project management and development assignments in Belgium, UK, USA and Africa. He was a key member in the international team formed by ExonMobil corporation for Africa Region to manage and control all merger process transaction of the back office divisions of all Affiliates in Africa (it was the biggest international merger transaction at that time) He was assigned to merge all back office divisions of both companies parallel with keeping the operations running smoothly.

El Sayed Salem has 31 years of professional experience as an External Legal Auditor, he worked for one of the biggest Auditing firm Mazzars Moustafa Shawki until becoming a managing partner after that in 2010 he opened his own firm Salem & Co.,through which he has gone through taxations, as well as merger transactions. He has held all auditing related process including
due diligences, accusations and establishment of new companies. besides He has been through all kinds of taxes with all the legal process including internal committees and court cases.
